Twice a year, the Office of Faith Formation sponsors a Quest weekend youth retreat for teens grades 6-12. The aim of Quest is to help our young people grow deeper in their relationship with God. Quest incorporates general sessions with entertaining and powerful speakers, small group time, an engaging band, and plenty of community-building activities to help foster spiritual growth throughout the weekend.
No two Quest events are the same. The design team, composed of adults and students from congregations around the state, works hard to develop a theme that is both pertinent to the lives of youth, and the life of an Episcopalian. Participants are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and dive into each theme in hopes that it will help them grow individually in their faith and corporately as a member within the church.
Quest is held at Frontier Ranch in Buena Vista.
